Wow mauy Thai was no joke tonight... Trained for 2 hours Sparring was ..... Well how do I say this....very very very hard....I had no mouth guard & no shine pads but everyone was like just try it, we will go light..... Yeah right.... I did ok but wow I totally got rocked..... Learned allot but gosh maybe I'm getting too old to spar 20 year old seasoned fighters....ughhhh I'm on ice & will remain so for the rest of the night. Lesson learned--- when this group of Thai fighters say lets spar light be ready to get in the ring & battle.... Kind of disheartening....Oh well I guess I'm going 2 get better faster then if I just remain on Thai pads/shields. Bummer I'm in allot of pain... I'll suck it up I guess this is what builds humility & character:)))....

Woo~Hoo it feels so good to be back to my YouTube Workouts I hope this inspires you to get stared again. The one thing I noticed from being sick is it takes some time coming back so just be patient with yourself wherever you are you can start. Just listen to your body. Ok here we go....Welcome back to Week16 Workout dedicated to all of us getting back into Bikini Beach Body Ready in this workout we are going to do some biceps curls then doing some chest press then integrate the two together then go into anterior delt raises do one side at a time, make sure you use your breathing then do some squats remember to drive out of your heels then go into a lunge one leg at a time then keep your shoulders nice and strong by doing some overhead triceps keeping you core nice and strong. I am so excited to be back I hope you all enjoy your workouts. Also cut dairy this week, cut fruit to every 3rd day, respond to a craving with a protein. Love and Light to you, Kita

Ok today I want each of us to work on nourishing our spirits. I see so many if us (me included) try to go on a mission to "improve ourselves" through training & diets & while this is admirable if we put ourselves down & get frustrated with our progress we will repeal our TOTAL WELLNESS & always struggle w weight loss. Start first w accepting who you are. Train AS IF you ARE your ideal- goal weight....eat & sleep As If you ARE your ideal weight. It is vitally important that we first start with self acceptance, & nourishing our souls & feeding our bodies w loving--energizing foods. So in summary Week 15: 1. Start w total Self love (as if you look the best you ever have) 2.Train & Eat & Create AS IF you are living in your IDEAL body, house, car---laws of attraction be who you want to be... Increase in cortisol keeps us heavy & fat, so lets use meditation & visualizations to change our bodies chemistry. So let's start by turning on our creative gratitude chemicals:) for example think about & then write about 10 things your grateful for. Do this for 3 weeks... Im sitting down by condo pool.....Happy Tuesday to all my beauties just taking it one day @ a time:):):) if your coming back from an illness or injury just pace yourself:):):) and in your road to recovery DO NOT allow anyone to dampen your spirit:)))) I recently took a class that was being taught by one of the most arrogant souls I've ever meet. I am not going to say anymore about this BUT suffice it to say if I were just starting out on a Fitness/wellness Journey I would never EVER have the courage to continue or go back. I would feel like i was just not meant to be in "gym type setting" and im a trainer of 16 years!!! So if you have a passion or a love for health & wellness please take it from me---do not let ONE human ruin or dampen your spirit. You can comeback & there are so many fitness souls out here that want to help you. I do not believe by yelling mean things to first time students is the way to motivate. In fact I think that is the bullies way...you are magical & your body is a mysterious amazing energy that w the right team will unlock & unfold. Find the right team;) love & light to you:)

Hi guys welcome to week 11 Miniworkout3 here we go with fun workout you can do while you walk your dogs or go on a power walk. Start with lunges go super deep for 10 then do partial range of motion for 10 then do full range pliet toes out to sides for 1-25 then do partial for 15 reps then do lunges on other side full range of motion then partial range of motion then go into standing side kicks really bring that leg up and then hold the leg up and do small pulses at the end range of motion. Keep your core in nice and tight. You are training your inner and outer thighs wowzers a wonderful deep leg workout. Hello My Beauties, Welcome to Week 11 Workout2 this is a fun, effective workout that is targeted your legs. Start by doing full range of motion lunges for 10 reps then do partial range of motion for 10 reps then do full range of motion (so 30 in a row on same leg) then take leg out and do full range pliet then do partial range of motion bringing in the knees and then do full range of motion pliet so 30 in a row then go to the other leg and repeat full range of motion lunges then do 10 partial range of motion lunges then do 10 full range of motion then go back to the pliets for another set of 30. This is a excellent inner/outer thigh workout you will really be burning in your legs...WOW you will love this leg workout. Hello Beautiful ones here is a great workout on the beach and I am in jeans and a jean jacket so you can see you can do this workout anywhere....walking your dogs, at the park with your kids or just out by yourself. You are going to start out with standing on one leg hands in fight position, and circle the leg that is off the ground by 5-10 reps then change direction of circles keep up on that one leg then do outside leg kicks then do mini squats try to do about 15-25reps then switch up and train everything on other leg. Then do side abs with a rock then add in a side kick. The purpose of this workout is to train your core stabilizers along with your outer and inner thighs. Enjoy this workout! I was reading today " a course in miracles" & was inspired by this insight...think about if your life had ZERO grievances. In fact check in & see what your mouth talks & speaks & thinks about... Wouldn't it be freeing to let go of ALL grievances??? When we hold into grievances we let go of who we really are.... When we let go of all grievances we embrace who we really are & we can affect thousands of people.... Our families, our company, our students, our friends, strangers & our neighbors AND mostly those that we love. Just know WHO you really are does not need protection. Who we "think" we sometimes are (ego) needs to fight & be right... Hi my beautiful ones, here is Week10 Miniworkout3 come and train with me and my dogs training on the beach this is a great workout to increase your tone and cardio. Start with jogging then move into shadow boxing, keep moving foreword and then sideways just keep moving while you punch then your going to do a bear crawl this is great to work on your upper body, core and your stabilizers then move back into jogging with shadow boxing then drop and do as many push ups as you can then move to side planks, then move back to bear crawls then back to push ups then back to shadow boxing with a jog. Just keep your body moving and have fun so three basic moves 1.shadow boxing with jogging 2. push-ups 3.Bear Crawls 4.Side planks So have fun. I encourage you to have fun and train to be a warrior. Week 9 Reasons Why You May Be Struggling With Weight Loss

I recently was working on my new book just some quick thoughts really want you all to get: A big reason a lot of you are not losing weight is your gut & immune health. Look at points below I hope they help, even if just change one aspect like taking a probiotic, EPA/dha fish oil, get off proton inhibitors like prilocec, take melatonin, take curcumin, take magnesium, take epsome salt baths you will be on your way to feeling & looking vibrant:) & most importantly slowing down inflammation which slows down the process of aging. So here we go... If you are on an antibiotic your gut ecology is going to be disrupted by a Yeast overgrowth best thing to do is take a probiotic right away. Probiotics keeps gut flora balanced. Also for Good digestion take melatonin it helps w the "gut brain axis" it helps calm down the nervous system & also recent research is suggesting it helps w depression. If your having issues with energy you may want to increase 500-1500 mg of magnesium. Also Magnesium helps w constipation issues by taking magnesium epsome salt baths helps epithelial hydration & oral Magnesium helps hold water in gut which helps w constipation. Just a side not Excess estrogen is not excreted when you are constipated so need to address b/c excess estrogen increases chance of breast cancer. (magnesium can help) Crohns disease or celiac disease you may want to take Curcumin /Turmeric 2000 mg take in two 1000 doses helps decrease inflammation. Also need to Remove all white foods flour, salt, & sugar. If you have bloating you may have Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth so avoid apples & pears & take out glutin & take out all rapidly fermenting foods (bacterial overgrowth foods). Sacrilluus ballardi is great specific pro biotics that is great for gut health also take good EPA dha fish oil 2/4000 mg. Proton inhibitors nexium/ Prilosec & others is a 9 billion dollar industry. Taking these acid reflux inhibitors Shuts down acid secretion which helps control ulcers & acid reflux symptoms for heart burn BUT the consequence for taking is you have suppression of acid in your gut & this cause/effect is you then increase overgrowth of bacteria in gut. (hence bloating etc...) We need these acids to absorb minerals when we take this proton inhibitors like prilosec we can not absorb vitamins (vit b) & minerals through the gut. This can lead to ostiopinea b/c gut cant absorb minerals. Also proton inhibitors can interfere w plavix heart medicine & can then lead to heart attacks. Hope this helps.... Kita
